• Furniture is for one 2- bedroom and one 3-bedroom property only. If you have a larger property you’d like to list on AirBnb we will supply the 2 or 3 bedroom furniture package, and you can add more furniture to fill the additional space at your expense.
• You are also welcome to apply if your property is a studio or 1 bedder, however unused furniture will not be exchanged for cash or other discounts.
• Furniture has been used in other AirBnb’s so is not new. It is as per the photos.
• Successful application will be determined upon assessment of the property and location.
• Property owner is responsible for paying for wifi set up, utilities and ongoing running costs of the property as a short-term rental.
