What does Custombnb do?

Custombnb manage a successful Airbnb portfolio through properties we either rent ourselves or manage and co-host.

We partner with savvy investors who wish to experience all the benefits of the sharing economy without any of the work via our co-hosting model. The profits, paid monthly, will ebb and flow across the year reflective of the seasons and tourism trends but will on average be higher than a long term lease. 

Alternatively, we lease your property, providing you the landlord with consistent income, and you allow us to list the property on AirBnb. The property is managed just like a normal private rental with weekly rent paid, regular inspections and a tenancy agreement signed by both parties.

What type of properties do you manage?

We manage all types of properties from apartments and houses to granny flats and bungalows. Most of our properties are located in cities and tourist areas around Australia, wedding locations, popular corporate hubs or close to large sporting events.

What happens if a guest damages the property?

We closely vet all of our Airbnb guests and only accept guests with excellent feedback from other property owners. All our listings have strict rules – no smoking (not even on balconies or outdoor areas) no parties or bucks/hens weekends and no pets. Our vetting formula reduces the risk of any damage occurring. Sometimes accidents happen however. If an accident does happen, the Airbnb Host Guarantee protects hosts for up to $1,000,000.

We encourage all hosts to take out suitable insurance on the property for extra security.

Why would I rent to you rather than a tenant?

All our listings are cleaned by professional cleaners after each booking, meaning your property will always be sparkling and clean. We need the property in perfect working order, so will ensure all maintenance is done in a timely manner (at the owners cost). We have strict no smoking, no pets and no parties rules within our properties. Basically, we look after your property better than any other tenant!”
